Refund Policy
Cancellation of orders:
Orders may be canceled and fully refunded as long as it is notified 5 days before the agreed pick-up date.
If it is within 5 and 3 days prior to the collection of the product, the order may be canceled but only 30% of the purchase will be refunded.
Missing 2 days or less for the collection of the order, the orders cannot be canceled and no refund will be made.
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. You can report it by phone 933103676 or in person at our store located at Pintor Pahissa 25 Bajo, 08028, Barcelona, during customer service hours.
Returns:
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable items such as groceries cannot be returned once they have been removed from the store.
Refunds:
Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Claim refunds:
If you have not received a refund first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is cleared. There is often a processing time before a return is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at: info@lolitabakery.com
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and has been delivered to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return statement (if returned). Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, you will need to provide proof of payment from the gift giver (provided to you later). We will eventually send a refund to the gift giver.
